Mark Stuckey President Mark has over 25 years of experience in the real estate management, brokerage, and development arena. He is involved in all aspects of the company, with primary emphasis on operational analysis, real estate development, and finance. Mark fosters and maintains relationships with InterMark’s base of investors and has oversight of corporate strategic planning. Mark also directs acquisitions and dispositions for the company, including investment analysis, contract negotiations, and oversight of the due diligence process. Mark currently serves as the Manager of InterMark Development, LLC, a real estate company specializing in apartment sales, retail sites, and income producing properties. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.

Collett Mattox Vice President Collett oversees all aspects of property management for InterMark. She has over 30 years of experience in all facets of conventional, Tax Credit, Rural Development, HUD and condominium rental properties. Collett has also worked extensively with new construction and managed rehabilitation projects from the initial proposal, through final inspection, to successful stabilization. Her range of experience, strong management skills, and bottom line focus give InterMark a strong owner-oriented Property Management Division. Collett is a licensed Property Manager In Charge in South Carolina, a member of the South Carolina Board of Realtors, an Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), a Housing Credit Certified Professional, a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Matt Hegler Director, Finance & Accounting With over 15 years of experience in property management and accounting, Matt oversees the corporate finance and accounting areas, including financial reporting, audits, accounts payable and receivable, and also collaborates with Human Resources and Risk Management. Through a process of supervision and coordinated training, Matt attains the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prior to rejoining InterMark in 2007, Matt was the Director of Business Development for the Florida Space Authority, where he earned the prestigious NASA Group Achievement Award by assisting with the record setting flight of the Virgin Atlanic GlobalFlyer. Matt earned his undergraduate degree from Newberry College and his Master of Science in Applied Economics from Florida State University.

Andrea Mays Vice President of Affordable Housing and Corporate Operations Andrea joined InterMark in 1998 and is responsible for the oversight of the Affordable Housing Division and directs all aspects of day-to-day operations within the corporate office. Her overall focus is on improving efficiency and organization in order to advance InterMark’s competitive advantage in the multifamily housing industry. Her primary role is in the direct management and supervision of the Affordable Regional Management team, Administration, Compliance, Maintenance, Paint, Risk Management, and Property Management Support teams, as well as working directly with the Executive Officers in the supervision of on-site and portfolio performance. Andrea is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and Administration.

Lynn Reid Senior Regional Manager Lynn has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including nearly 25 years of experience in property management. Lynn currently has direct supervision of a team of regional managers, and oversees a portfolio of approximately 48 properties located in Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Prior to joining InterMark in 2001, Lynn worked as a District Manager/Area Vice President for a large property management firm in Texas. During her 7 years there, she was responsible for over 2,200 multifamily units and 1 million square feet of commercial space. Lynn is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Karen Padgett Senior Regional Manager Karen has over 25 years experience in Property Management and her work with InterMark dates back to 2006 after she moved to South Carolina from Louisiana. With InterMark she has served in the capacity of Director of Training, Regional Manager and now as Senior Regional Manager. Karen’s portfolio, comprised of 58 properties, includes Tax Credit properties in South Carolina and Maryland where she has direct supervision of a team of Regional Managers. Karen began her career in Property Management in New Orleans, LA in 1992 where she served on the Education Committee, Budget Committee and the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Greater New Orleans. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Property Manager’s License for South Carolina, as well as a Certified Property Manager and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor Designations from the National Apartment Association.

Kim Smith Senior Regional Manager Prior to joining InterMark in 2008, Kim was a property manager with North Carolina-based Southwood Realty. Kim currently manages a large portfolio of tax credit properties located in North Carolina and South Carolina. In addition to more than 10 years of experience in the property management arena, Kim bolsters InterMark’s diversified expertise with her experience in casino management and marketing. Kim is active with the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA). In addition, she is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce of York County (SC), and of Greater Sumter. Kim studied Accounting and Business Management at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC.
